At Durevix, we work to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. We're proud to offer free shipping on every order.

Order Processing

All orders are prepared and processed through our logistics partners. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days. During promotional campaigns, new product launches, or peak demand periods, this window may be slightly longer.

Once an order is confirmed, we begin preparing it right away. Because of this, changes or cancellations can only be made if the order has not yet entered processing.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Canada 7 - 16 business days
Europe 7 - 14 business days
Central America 10 - 25 business days
Australia & New Zealand 10 - 26 business days
Rest of the World 11 - 30 business days

Possible Delays

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframes, external factors such as customs inspections, carrier issues, weather conditions, or periods of high demand can occasionally cause delays.

In exceptional situations, delivery could take up to 40 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
